Need canned cat food suggestion based on texture?

My cat gets chronic acne, even with stainless steel bowls. I feed him and another cat Wellness canned food, and they love the taste but my cat likes the crunch of dry food better. He would rather scoop up the food with his paw and eat it, rather than sticking his face into it. Any suggestions of a quality canned food that is not so moist? The pouches have too much gravy and I’m afraid those would make him fat. He enjoys the gravy remnants of the can, but the food itself is too pate-like and sticks to the bottom of the bowl.

A couple suggestions for some “dryer” foods would include California Natural, Chicken Soup for the Cat Lovers Soul, and the Blue Buffalo Healthy Selects are a bit on the dryer side. The Wellness pouches have no gravy, and no carbs (just in broth) so those are an option for you.
